These are drawings for a taper jig that can be used for making long tapered cuts on the table saw/ bandsaw etc. This type of jig is usually used for making table legs. The Precision Taper Jig can be adjusted via a scale in steps of 0.1 degrees, in two positions, allowing for very slim workpieces as well as slightly wider ones. To make sure that the workpiece stays securely in place, two toggle clamps should be mounted on the Arm, to hold the workpiece down onto the Base plate.
